A More Accessible Entry Point
Compared to enterprise-grade or custom PMIS solutions, ShipLogic offers a more accessible  alternative. There are no large upfront investments, no hosting costs, no high maintenance costs, and no lengthy implementation projects.

Instead, ShipLogic requires just a one-time setup fee and a straightforward monthly subscription.
Software support and ongoing maintenance and updates are included at no extra cost.

Fully Cloud-based
ShipLogic is a fully cloud-native application, accessible from any workplace with an internet connection. There’s no need for virtualisation or other obstructive layers — you get direct, instant access.

Available Anytime, Anywhere
ShipLogic can even be used while on the move, such as on a tablet. All you need is a standard commercial grade internet connection and a standard computer with a comfortably sized screen, a laptop or a tablet

Flexible Expansion
Because the system is modular and scalable, additional modules can be purchased at any time and does not need on-site installation. 

Working with Confidence
During and after the onboarding period, all employees who will be working with ShipLogic will also have access to our online Test environment. This allows your staff to experiment and familiarise themselves with the system without any risks.

Minimal Burden on the IT Department
There are no special installation requirements, nor is there any need to purchase, install, or maintain servers or additional hardware. After the onboarding phase, ongoing involvement from the IT department is typically no longer necessary.

By using ShipLogic, all server-side responsibilities are managed by us in the cloud, – including database and storage with built-in redundancy, processing capacity, advanced security measures, scalability and system maintenance.



Reliable and Safe Operation
Infrastructure-related issues are actively monitored and supported 24/7 by the second largest cloud provider in the world, ensuring greater reliability, higher uptime, and more cost-effectiveness than is typically achievable with on-premise solutions.

In simple terms: aside from keeping your own laptop or browser updated and secure, no specific maintenance is required on your part to keep ShipLogic running. This is all covered by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) that comes standard with your subscription. 

An extended 24/7 Software Issues SLA is available on request.

Unlimited Use Policy
We encourage the use of ShipLogic across all levels of your organisation. There are no restrictions on the number of users, as long as they are part of your organisation. Similarly, there is no limit to the number of port calls you can manage.
