This page provides a selection of ShipLogic's features. Please note that this is only a brief overview, and there is limited space to present all relevant details. The descriptions have been kept concise to give you a general impression of what ShipLogic offers. No rights can be derived from any of the content provided on these pages. Support
With every subscription, standard support is included. This comprises:

• Telephone support
• On-line support ticket system
• On-line user documentation
• Videos for most common usage scenarios

Updates to the system are released on a regular basis with little to none service interruption.

Training
ShipLogic is designed to be intuitive, requiring minimal training. As part of the Onboarding service, two training sessions are provided: one for Operational staff and one for Financial staff. Each session lasts just four hours.

In most cases, users are ready to work with ShipLogic after this initial training. To help build confidence, a dedicated Test environment is available, offering a safe space for new customers to practise.

Additional general or customised training packages are available on request.

Onboarding Service
The onboarding process is designed to relieve your organisation of as much work as possible. We configure the port areas, berths, AIS zones and other aspects of the system, and ensure that the first users gain access to the system and are trained.
The entire process can be completed within just a few weeks and requires very little to none technical involvement of your IT department.

Migration
Migration involves transferring data from your previous system to ShipLogic. Our team has the expertise to handle the typical complexities associated with this process.

Offboarding
While it has never occurred to date, any port choosing to discontinue its use of ShipLogic can export data from the system at any time during an active subscription. This can be done via the ShipLogic Connect API or through an Excel export, enabling the transfer of data to another system
